Creamy Horseradish Sauce
Perfect served on roast beef
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Horseradish
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons parsley washed, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a stainless steel bowl.
- Check seasoning.
- Serve in a sauceboat.
