An electric can opener is not an appliance I have ever wanted on my countertop. It is unsightly and takes up too much room. I struggled with a hand can opener and most of the time they didn’t work well. After starting the catering business, I discovered a commercial can opener. It is a little larger than a regular hand can opener but it works so well. No bulky can openers or unsightly countertop openers for me. I’ll take the commercial kind that I can hide in a drawer!
